When you use this site or purchase a service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us directly), and the photographs and descriptions you submit for a Loupe opinion.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to deliver the service you requested, communicate with you about your order, send you relevant updates if you opt in, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third Party Services

We rely on third party providers for payment processing, email delivery, and website hosting. Each handles data under their own privacy practices in addition to ours.

4. Photographs and Submission Content

Images and descriptions submitted for The Loupe, A Closer Look opinion are used to produce your written opinion and may be retained for our records and quality purposes. Client submissions are never used publicly without separate, explicit permission.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before they are added.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. If you join our email list, we keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe, and every email includes a link to do so.

7. Your Rights

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of certain uses. To stop receiving our emails, click unsubscribe in any email we send. For any other request, contact stacey@thecollectorseye.ai.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with the effective date revised accordingly.
